Accessibility Statement

Müller Handels GmbH & Co. KG strives to make this mobile application accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

Description of the service

This mobile application allows registered users to collect bonus points (hereinafter referred to as “Müller blossoms”) and redeem the collected Müller blossoms for discounts.

To participate in the blossom program, it is mandatory that all information provided during registration are accurate. Registration can be completed, among other things, by providing an e.mail address and setting a password.

In addition, various coupons are made available to the user within the mobile app. The coupons can be accessed and activated under the tab labeled “Coupons.” The coupons displayed in this overview are marked with an expiration date and are available to the user only until that date.

To be able to use the mobile app to its fullest extent – that is, to redeem coupons and blossoms – you must verify your customer account via the so-called double opt-in (DOI) process using an e-mail address. After registering, you will receive an e-mail that you must confirm.

This app is designed to be accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.2, Level AA, to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone. Measures include:

Accessibility and security: Our identification and authentication features are designed to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users. This includes user-friendly login methods.

Navigation: Navigation through app content has been designed so that it is not only easy for people without visual, hearing, or mobility impairments but can also be easily managed by accessibility features of supported mobile operating systems (screen readers).

Focus order: The focus order for assistive technologies (screen readers) is logically structured and allows for easy navigation through an app page.

Forms: Forms, such as the registration form, are designed so that the input type of individual form fields is specified and can be filled in by the operating system’s accessibility features.

Text magnification: We support dynamic text magnification, allowing the original line spacing to be increased by up to 200%. The text magnification setting can be adjusted in the operating systems’ accessibility settings.

Text alternatives for non-text content: Text within images can be read aloud using the accessibility features of iOS and Android (VoiceOver and TalkBack).

Contrast: Text contrast levels are set sufficiently high. Additionally, contrast can be further adjusted using the operating systems’ accessibility features.

We recommend using the accessibility features of Apple iOS and Android for users with visual, hearing, or mobility impairments.

Enabling accessibility features on Android:

  • Open the “Settings” app on your device.
  • Select Accessibility and then the Accessibility Menu.
  • Enable the shortcut for the Accessibility Menu.
  • Select OK to accept the permissions.

Enable accessibility features on iOS:

  • Open the “Settings” app on your device.
  • Go to Settings, then select Accessibility.
  • From the available categories (“Vision,” “Physical and Motor,” “Hearing,” “Speech,” “General”), select the accessibility features you want to enable.
